Hey, I’m Grantley

PlayerScout® exists to help players perform when it actually matters. Not in training. Not in theory. But under pressure, selection, expectation, and scrutiny.

We've worked with 12,000+ players and athletes across all sports and age groups using our PlayerScout® systems to build structure in four areas. Fitness. Nutrition. Mindset. Career progression.

This program focuses on one thing only. Your mind under pressure. Whether you are a youth players finding confidence, a teenager stuck in your development, or an adult carrying doubt from years of setbacks.

We are not here to motivate you. We are here to change how you respond when nerves hit, mistakes happen, and the game speeds up.
